I am not the writer in our household. My husband is so I leave the blogging to him. But this seems like a good way for me to practice and hone my skills in writing so I thought I’d give it a try. My grammar may not be great and my sentence structure somewhat simplistic. You’ll just have to bear with me or give me some tips to correct my faux pas. I may wind up talking into a tape recorder some days on my 45 minute drive to my job and transcribing that to my blog later or sharing with you snippets from my husband’s daily motivation posts – if that is allowed.
Please help me along by telling me what you think. I appreciate all you seasoned bloggers have to say.
I love to talk about health and wellness. It is a subject near and dear for two reasons. One: my husband, Rick, and I have been very successful with the program we found and in creating a life style change in the way we eat. And two: I’ve gotten so much joy and satisfaction in helping others have the successes they have had with our help. This has led me on an insatiable quest for knowledge and information on healthy eating and some of that I intend to share on this blog in the next thirty days.
I promise to post something every day until the end of the month and then become a regular blogger – a daunting task for me! Could I become Julia’s Julie? We’ll just have to see!
